You will learn:

1) Italian principles of pasta cooking, and what kind of pasta goes with what sauces

2) How to make different kinds of pasta with your hands, with flour and eggs

3) Learn how to make three different sauces to go with your pasta

You will also learn variations on these sauces so you can customise them to your tastes.

About The Chefs

Chef Manjit Singh is the chef and owner of Herbs & Spice, a bistro restaurant in Indiranagar serving Italian and rustic European food for the past 11 years.

Chef Mako Ravindran is a chef specialising in Middle-eastern and classical French cuisine. He was the manager of Harima, a premium Japanese restaurant for 7 years. He also runs the Raintree Cafe at Raintree. Apart from that, he has run a successful premium catering business for many years.

Chef Madhu Menon is a chef specialising in South-east Asian food. He was the chef and owner of Shiok restaurant for 7 years. He is now a restaurant consultant, food writer, and consulting chef.
